There are 170 questions on the TEAS, and 150 of them are scored. You can’t tell which 20 are unscored, so answer every question as if it counts.

What kinds of questions you’ll see
Most TEAS questions are multiple choice. ATI says about 20% are other formats: multiple select (select all that apply), fill in the blank, ordered response and hot spot, where you click part of an image.
Every question is scored right or wrong. There’s no partial credit on a multiple-select question, and there’s no penalty for guessing, so don’t leave anything blank.
